1. Introduction of POE solar film production line
EVA/POE solar film making machine is widely used in PV solar module as the encapsulant film.

(1) According to different needs about capacity, there are different sizes of the extruder screws: 120, 150, 160, 180. And there are three designs about extrusion designs: single-extruder production line, double-extruder production line and multi-extruder production line. All these designs meet your different GW requirements
(2) According to different film structures, we have single layer EVA film machine, single layer POE film machine, and three layer EPE(EVA/POE/EVA) film machine.
(3) According to different film width, our machines are all customized by your requirements. Now there are some popular size that our customers make,like 1100mm, 2200mm,2600mm and etc.

2. Features of POE solar film production line
1) High transparency and high adhesion can be applied to various interfaces and used for bonding glass and silicon wafers.
2) Good durability can resist high temperature, moisture, ultraviolet rays and so on.
3) Easy to store. Stored at room temperature, the adhesion of EVA is not affected by humidity and water-absorbent film.

Products are widely used in: Sanitary products: medical operating suit, infant diaper membrane, women's sanitary towel bottom membrane, adult diaper membrane, pet pad membrane, disposable bed sheets, etc.
Daily necessities: umbrella, raincoat, suit coat, all kinds of table cloth, shower cap, shower curtain, apron, chair cover, etc.
Packing supplies: dust cover for computer appliances, soft packaging for cosmetics, shopping bags, gift bags, file bags, etc.
